Justified Nav works weird on Chrome OSX

when it first loads it looks ok, after resizing the viewport down to phone and then go to full width the navigation breaks into two or three rows instead of the initially one.

I think this is a render issue on chrome more than a bug in bootstrap, but non the less I just wanted to let you know.

probably because of width: 1% rule.
