I'm having a difficult getting scrollspy to work with content added after page readiness.

Eg., adding links/content via json parser and refreshing scrollspy doesn't work.

Closing as a dupe of #2028. You'll need to manually refresh scrollspy when content is added or removed.

Thank you, sir. I was calling refresh incorrectly, and the added documentation is perfect.
