Thank you @Mohkam. I would say that's very great work to add powershell into devops-toolkit.
The CI build is OK ✔️, we need to update some related scripts to check the version and sanity verify powershell:

• https://github.com/tungbq/devops-toolkit/blob/main/scripts/check_latest_version.py#L96 (To check latest version in another weekly scheduled CI pipeline)
• https://github.com/tungbq/devops-toolkit/blob/main/toolkit_info.json#L8 (To define the version in toolkit)
• https://github.com/tungbq/devops-toolkit/blob/main/scripts/update_latest_version.py#L55 (To update the tool version in another weekly scheduled CI pipeline)

Could you please check other tool implementation of these files and update simlar for Powershell? (I think it's pwsh command in these case)
