Hi, and thanks for the script.
I need to keep the order of input sequences in converting from stockholm to fasta, so I added this governed by the new flag
-S. (I chose capital S as it's a an option not to do the default; -s would make more sense to ensure output is sorted.)I changed the first letter in the first sequence of
test.sthto ensure it works like I want it. I also bumped the version number.(Since I'm using vim, I also added a file pattern for vim's rescue files to
.gitignore.)/Daniel
