- introduces GitHub Actions for csaf_2.1/*
- revert sorting into directory as GitHub Actions do not recognize them - make usage clear by renaming files
- rename workflows to be able to see which one run - fix `paths` expression
- Update README to explain the current process to create the Markdown version
