  • Block time is 8s on Mainnet and 4s on Ghostnet but length of cycle stays the same
  • Add main features for Quebec
  • Change names of baker and accuser binary
  • Delegated funds now count 1/3 toward a baker's baking power (voting power still at 100%)
  • How much tez do I receive in return for staking tez?

Do not merge until 20 January.
