Of course a new version of Docusaurus comes out literally as we're finalizing using docusarus v2. :-)
Had to escape HTML tables with curly braces due to this issue:

Other than that it appears to be a straightforward upgrade. https://docusaurus.io/docs/migration/v3#upgrading-mdx
There are some peer dependency warnings but nothing serious: facebook/docusaurus#9486
