The Trilinos Framework is being required to support Primary and Secondary builds within the ATDM Trilinos testing starting in FY 21. This testing uses a completely different infrastructure than existing Framework-supported testing. Further, the existing Trilinos Framework infrastructure is not simple for Trilinos developers to use to communicate build environments and configurations to the Trilinos Framework Team, which results in inefficiencies in setting up new and modifying existing testing builds.

The focus of this milestone is to consolidate the two testing infrastructures into one that will be more efficient in communicating environments and configurations.
