Update PrismJS version and add new languages

1. • Update PrismJS 1.16.0 to 1.17.1

2. • Add Batch, C and TypeScript languages

I will open new PR to add PowerShell language support, as requested in issue #4.

In fact, the commit for PowerShell support is in this PR. Sorry for this bad PR historical! I'm still not very used to PR.

I was looking forward to more language support, or it would be great to actually be able to configure which languages are available on the plugin configuration page.
Maybe if @clemdesign rebases the PR and fixes the conflicts this can be merged?

Sorry @neskk but I can't fix this PR because no longer relevant. Prism and this plugin have since evolved.
