cleaned up the code a little bit removed unncessary test resources and fixed the 32 bit windows opencv name
moved the test file to the appropriate location
…s before writing (ultimately saves lots of disk space and improves startup performance) added an exclude rule to the pom to ignore all of the pictures
Temp directory + resource existence checks + exclusion of pic resources in jar
removed test line that i forgot about..........
…magic numbers. Made code cleaner and more comprehensible.
