meta: fix support of export declaration in source files

Rewrite all export … from … to module.exports = require(…) when transpiling ESM to CJS, and export default … to module.exports = … when transpiling ESM to CJS.

We were relying on @babel/plugin-transform-modules-commonjs plugin, which adds a default property to module.exports instead re-assign it. E.g, for `export {default} from './Audio.jsx', it would transpile to

  value: true
});
Object.defineProperty(exports, "default", {
  enumerable: true,
  get: function () {
    return _Audio.default;
  }
});

var _Audio = require("./Audio.jsx");

when we want

module.exports = require('./Audio.js')

This should fix the deploy GHA (https://github.com/transloadit/uppy/runs/5491775612?check_suite_focus=true).
