This looks pretty good to me. The one thing I'd ask for is a docstring for sendto that explicitly states that:
dest_addrandaddrlenare dropped, so it behaves exactly the same assend- Neither syscall actually does anything. The data is read from memory, but not actually sent anywhere - we just return
countto pretend that it was.
This partial implementation does not handle dest_addr and addrlen arguments, which means this sendto acts like a regular send syscall
