try to move a rectangle but instead it move the chart

Hi, I'm currently trying to move my draw object around the chart using canvas but instead of moving the object, the chart is moving instead, any solution for this issue? I tried

    this.chart.options({
      handleScroll: {
        pressedMouseMove: false,
      },
    });

not sure if my syntax right but this doesn't work

chartRef.options().handleScroll.pressedMouseMove = false; 

solve my issue
