a sequence on changes and update should be implemented in web-extension:

  1. event scraping, it should happen in /event* URL
  2. individual post scraping (if a complete URL is served)

both of the cases need their explicit switch to enable them; these experiments are not mean to be released for public audience, and the extension should be released under a different name
