Rename clear-cache to clean-temp #379

clear-cache s a bit of a misleading name in that it refers to clearing out its own locally "cached" data, while cache in the same context could refer to emptying out the Lancache instance. It doesn't make sense to imply that SteamPrefill can empty the Lancache's data when that is not the case.
