Stuck in update loop #276

@djsyco I believe that the update script was updating correctly each time, but the issue was that it will always update regardless of whether or not there is a newer version. The update scripts will now check if the installed version is up to date, and will only download the latest version if it isnt. |

After applying the ./update.sh command to update it is saying downloaded and unzipped but I don't think it's updating because when I run the command again It's still trying to download version 2 again
