Thanks for the new https://github.com/tox-dev/tox-ini-fmt/releases/tag/0.6.0 release!
The generated release notes at https://github.com/tox-dev/tox-ini-fmt/releases/tag/0.6.0 are quite hard to read, they're nearly all dependency updates, for things that don't affect end user changes, making it hard to find the real end-user changes.
The good news is GitHub allows us to easily filter those out via
changelog.exclude.authors
in a config file:https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/automatically-generated-release-notes#configuration-options
