jztam:From democamp organizers' experience of late, it costs about $35 CDN per regular attendee / $0 for student. More for really safe and delicilious lunches++. jztam:This was subsidized with Sponsors kicking in roughly 50% of the expenses. They got prominent Branding displayed on all schwag, promo and followup media; three lightning pitches; preferred schwag table positions.
