Small utility that crawls studentportalen (http://student.liu.se/portal)
for changes in the students grades. When a change is recorded an email
with that information will be sent to the email configured.

Configuration is made in config.py and should be self explanatory.
The username and password is the username and password to studentportalen

Uses httplib2-0.7.4 and Beautiful Soup 4.0.4
