Currently the tests fails (as is the build node server). This requires updates to superagent, e.g. ladjs/superagent#1764 (and similar improvements to util.inherit) to fix e.g. nodejs/readable-stream#488, or isaacs/inherits#48; also semver/functions/gte made problems). Also unjs/unbuild#135
