Update Zenodo Author Info pre-1.5

Updating the author list in Zenodo to update my affiliation and re-order to the following:

• tobac community first author
• Lead developers (alphabetical order by last name)
• Steering team (alphabetical order by last name)
• Original developers
• All other contributors

There are still several contributors who should probably be on here, but I will let them add themselves.

I removed the checklist because it's not relevant for this.

I think the changes make sense, I don't see any issues with merging as is.
