The set of files to build P4 API C/C++ and .Net libp4bridge for CentOS7

The code is organized as:

1. Set of bash files to build and run image
2. Dockerfile of CentOS7 image with required build steps to build libp4bridge and P4 API C/C++

It was tested on:

1. Docker 25.0.2
2. ArchLinux (Linux fermion 6.7.4-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon, 05 Feb 2024 22:07:49 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux)
