Enhancement Request to Search History Table

Would it be possible to ADD a column to the Search History table showing the calling UserAgent (ie. Sonarr or SABnzbd)? I know that this information can be found using the Details button, BUT this enhancement would save time and clicks and would also allow sorting & filtering of the entries by UserAgent.
