restart WS connection if streamer dies, and relaunches:
currently if the streamer dies, and is restarted, the current page stops work since the WS connection is no longer active.

As far as I manage to test. If streamer dies, only way is to reboot entirely. Restarting streamer or recorder via command line doesn't do anything. In my case it often happens when CPU utilization is 100% (at least for tested model dekco_dc5l on T31L)
