Final GWT

We will be dropping GWT and using only Javascript and Typescript. Prior to cullign java out of the repository, it would be prudent to tag that code as it is, in case we need it later.

There should be no differences from the previous release.

deploy_bioportal-integration_2014_03_31

Changed API key to whitelisted version. Will test, and if it passes, will deploy this release. Will fix draft ontology overview in pure JS & D3, as well as GWT implementation.
