Node 18 Update

Hi! I just saw that the node-mobile project just release a new update with Node 18 and I was wondering if you already took a look at this and when we could possibly have that running here.

@casian2018 Thanks for the heads up. A build with Node 18 will be available on TestFlight soon. But I haven't got icu enabled yet.

Node 18 will be available on TestFlight shortly additionally with small icu and inspector support.
