Added spreadsheet and report for my metrics

What I meant was task Metrics Set #3. Github doesn't allow code snippets in commit descriptions so the ` weren't recognized as encompassing a code block. This means that while I meant to convey the relevant task was "Metrics Set number three", GitHub inserted a reference to pull number 3.
