I apologise, I didn't notice that first line, when I first read the email.

For some reason the app's opening, autoplaying even, but I can't get the window to show up.
I'm hovering over the taskbar icon and it's showing the window preview as it should, but holding the Start button & pressing the arrows isn't bringing it onto the screen.
I've tried uninstalling the version I had, used an exe copy, no difference. Checked registry, and couldn't find anything for it.
Any suggestions on what I can try? This is Win10.
