Changes

• Updated to Foundry v11
• When players use the module in the "when token selected" mode, the default character is assumed to be selected whenever no token is selected. There is now a new option to disable this function.
• The Item Macro module should now work without WIRE enabled. For this to happen, the default macro setting has to be enabled for Item Macro itself.
• Spell levels that have no prepared spells are now shown. This allows better control over upcasting and such.
• Hovering over abilities at the top of the tray now shows the ability score, modifier and save bonus
• If the DM uses the toggle mode, the tray would be empty whenever no token is selected. There is now a nice d20 icon there so the empty tray looks a bit less broken.
• A hook that is called whenever the tray updates, thanks to @jessev14.
