arcgis-sink.batch_ttl != 0should be infinite retries when CygnusPersistenceError (i.e. when no arcgisPersistenceBackend is reached)Batch retries relies on catch CygnusPersistenceError exception (i.e. timeout) not CygnusRuntimeError (ie. internal error 500)
