Sendmail task is failing #1285

Expected Behavior -: Send mail task should be able to successfully send mail as configured

Actual Behavior -: Task fails and it doesn't send mails

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Configure to use sendmail task in the pipeline yaml
Start the pipeline with required parameters
sendmail task will fail
