Background
I went back and forth on if I should even make a code change to this repo, but at the end of the day it just felt wrong to leave unused code in a repo to live in such solidarity.
Anyways, we have been asked to remove the Health Check feature from TeamSnap. As a part of that, all of the code associated with health checks in this repo can be deleted.
