[Forgot password] Configure default value for devices disconnection

When the user is on the Forgot Password workflow, the checkbox for Déconnecter tous les appareils should be enabled by default, but it is not the case.
We also should add a popup when the user click on the Réinitialiser le mot de passebutton to explain the consequences of this choice.
