TCET Linux Beta Release Engineering

This is the 3rd major release in the beta release engineering phase for TCET Linux.

The following changes are applicable since release v0.5-beta. This release has major contributions from @Akash6222 @beans9926 @0xAtharv @Rishabh672003 & @harshau007
