What happened?

Depending on the configuration of an HMS-inverter, OpenDTU cannot read data from that inverter.

To Reproduce Bug

Disable the option "Send commands" in "Inverter Settings" for an HMS-inverter.
After this, OpenDTU cannot connect to this inverter any longer.
This looks like a timing problem to me.

Expected Behavior

The option "Send commands" should not affect the ability of OpenDTU, to read data from an HMS-inverter.
BZW: this is working for HM-inverter via nRF24.

Install Method

Self-Compiled

What git-hash/version of OpenDTU?

Tag v23.6.28

Relevant log/trace output

Workaroung:
Just keep the option "Send commands" turned off, even if you don't want to send commands.

Anything else?

Thank you for OpenDTU! It is awsome! :

@tbnobody I've tested this fix during the last weekend. It is working great! Thanks a lot for providing this fix so quickly! 🙏

…disabled

This is required to successfull move the inverter to another frequency and then polling it. Without this command its not even possible to poll a inverter.
