How are sense ids created?

I'm starting to investigate the "senses" key of the json objects. For the wiki word hard there are many senses. The first one from the extract file (for etymology 1 : adjective) has a sense id of : "id": "en-hard-en-adj-td3kSO69"

There are 31 senses for this word, so there are 31 unique sense ids.

Where in the wiktionary page does this value come from? I couldn't find it in looking at the page source.

"id" fields are only added in "postprocessed" data for the kaikki.org website, "raw" downloadable data don't have them, don't use this field.
