ci: remove configuration files for unused tools

After solving #182, repository uses GitHub Actions for CI. This patch removes Travis CI, Appveyor and Jenkins configuration files. It must disable current Appveyor CI runs. Remove tox.ini and test.sh files since they are also outdated and irrelevant. Follows up #182
