Update patch set 2

Patch Set 2:

gitdb2===4.0.1 does no longer exist and is breaking our CI. Can we either roll this back or bump it to 4.0.2?
gitpython-developers/gitdb#59

btw gitdb==4.0.0 probably does not exist either and should be bumped to 4.0.1?
