fotingo review fails if a PR already exists for the branch

Sometimes, I create a draft PR before the ticket is ready to review. I’d like to be able to do this, and then use fotingo review to update the issue status (and optionally add the PR comment).

$ fotingo review
⬆️  Pushing branch
🔎   Analyzing commit history
🐛   Getting information for <ticket ID>
📝   Creating pull request
💥   A PR already exists for this branch

I tried, but I didn't find a way in the REST API to update a draft PR to be ready for review: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/pulls#update-a-pull-request

I looked at the CLI source, and it uses the GraphQL API :-/.
