Describe the bug

It should be possible for US/Canadian IPs to use this Manual Setup flow, but the buttons are all hidden for them.

Reproduce

  1. With US IP
  2. Go to Advanced settings -> Lightning Connections -> Add Connection
  3. Observe none of the buttons are visible
