First release of the QTLToolKit. Added some new functionality to perform summary statistics based causal inference using (G)SMR. Works with SLURM instead of qsub submission system. Many other bigger and smaller bugs where squashed and improvements were made.

T'Pol

First beta release of the QTLToolKit. Hard-coded links are now relative. Fixes include concatenation of trans-eQTL results, calculation of all LD r^2 to select variants and add this to final outputs, and many more.
