• fix: 同一个rpc接口，被多个rpc-client 引用注入，多个引用会被最后一个申明覆盖 swoft#1373
• fix: 当插入表里面出现重复唯一索引的数据框架貌似没有正常抛出数据库错误 swoft#1387
• fix unit tests error on phpunit 8.x
