support getCommonExtentions in parameters on OpenAPI 3.0

Description

This PR supports to show CommonExtentions(like maximum) in parameters on OpenAPI 3.0.

Motivation and Context

We need the PR to watch parameter details on OpenAPI 3.0.
related issue: #5128

How Has This Been Tested?

I ran npm run test
And, I ran and checked swagger-ui in google-chrome.

@koxudaxi Thank you for your PR! This issue was resolved in #5796 . If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know and provide sample definition to test against.
