Summary:

This pull request includes updates to the JavaScript code to adjust the clock for Indian Standard Time (IST) and add background color changes based on the time of day (AM/PM).

Changes Made:

• Modified the updateClock function to adjust the time for Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30).
• Implemented background color changes based on whether it's AM or PM.

Details of Changes:

• Used getUTCHours(), getUTCMinutes(), and getUTCSeconds() to get UTC time components.
• Added 5 hours and 30 minutes to UTC time to adjust for IST.
• Converted the time to 12-hour format and determined AM/PM indicator.
• Updated background color based on the AM/PM indicator.

Testing:

• Tested the code locally to ensure that the clock adjusts correctly for IST.
• Verified that the background color changes based on AM/PM indicator.
