What happened?

When you change seam postion in stetting.
exp from Algined to corners and press the Back Arrow Icon slicher will crash.

Project file & How to reproduce

1.Open Susi no file needed
2.Go Printer Settings -> Perimeters & Shell
3.change Seam Position to anything else
4. Click on Blue Back arrow icon
5. Slicer crash without error

latest RC .59.0
