Validation error - re-using form fields in Feedback & Contact us causes duplicate IDs #193

Was doing accessibility check, ran across this. The Feedback and Contact us forms are using the same IDs for

"reporting from" URL
Message field

Don't know if this is a problem IRL, since they'll never be exposed at the same time, but recording it just in case.
