This replaces the third-party hosted SVG with an inline SVG, thereby fixing #11.
If gplenforced.org stays on GitHub (see #8 ), then please do not merge this pull request until github/markup#556 prevents is fixed, as that bug prevents inline SVGs in README.md files from rendering properly on GitHub.com.
Alternatively, if gplenforced.org moves to GitLab (again see #8 ), then please do not merge this pull request until https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/17987 is fixed, as that bug prevents inline SVGs in README.md files from rendering properly on GitLab.com.
