Adds support for ONNX's STRING and BOOL data types.

First public release

This is a release of the code we've been using for 7 months or so at Stripe to score some deep learning models in real time and in batch.

We hope this will be useful for others working on the JVM who want a pure-JVM tool to score ONNX models. We welcome contributions from the community.
