Description
This reverts the commit 8e63188 from PR #4860 which introduced parallelization of additional tests in the Cluster Operator modules. After this PR, the CI seems to be very unstable and fail often. When @see-quick has more time, we can get back to it and re-introduce it with some more fixes. But right now, revert seems to be the fastest thing we can do.
