Description
This PR adds skip for the
TieredStorageST#testTieredStorageWithAivenPluginwhen it is running on FIPS enabled cluster - due to Aiven-Open/tiered-storage-for-apache-kafka#573 .Once the issue is resolved, we should remove this annotation and enable it again.
